Understand the importance of self-care in completing the stress response cycle
Discuss the difference in numbing versus nourishing self-care behaviors to complete the stress response cycle
Complete a self-evaluation of their self-care behaviors in response to their own personal stress cycle
Identify ways in which the stress cycle completion tactics can be incorporated into their own life each day
